I downloaded and bought a couple of 3d object s from the web and I first imported them into blender and exported them per your instructions, but the objects don't have texture and appear very bright in my scene not nice. im new to 3D is there a way I can get third party objects and not loose their textures?

You need to use the JPG or PNG format, are you? Also, in Blender, is the path mode set to strip path in the obj export settings?

maybe there is a website that sales objects that more compatible with your soft, Im looking for all kind of Egyptians pyramids, pharaoh, slaves etc...
So, I just tried it myself and it worked perfectly (including texture). Have you checked out the Docmentation page on OBJ Import and followed all of the steps? Check under the "Importing custom objects into ShotPro" section.

Also, we take prop requests. Just email us a list of props and we'll try to add them to the app.

You can email us the project and we will run a diagnosis.
Question about importing obj files with a texture from Cinema 4D rather than Blender. I understand Blender is the recommended workflow. However, I would like to know if this is possible. The object itself imports but the mtl file is not being recognized. Any thoughts?
